Swiggy Launches Exclusive One BLCK Membership with Premium Benefits for Foodies

Swiggy has introduced a new premium membership service, One BLCK, designed to cater to consumers seeking enhanced convenience and exclusive benefits. The service, which is available through an invite-only model, promises an upgraded Swiggy experience with a focus on speed, reliability, and personalized care.

According to a statement by Swiggy, One BLCK members will enjoy faster delivery times on all food orders, alongside an On-Time Guarantee. In addition, members can access priority customer support through dedicated agents, ensuring a smoother experience. The membership also includes exclusive perks for dining out, such as complimentary cocktails, drinks, or desserts.

One of the key features of One BLCK is that it integrates the benefits of the existing Swiggy One membership with added privileges. Members will continue to enjoy unlimited free deliveries on both food and Instamart, along with exclusive discounts on food delivery and Dineout. Furthermore, One BLCK stands out as the only membership in India that offers benefits across multiple sectors: food delivery, quick commerce, and dining out.

Swiggy has also partnered with several top brands to offer additional perks. Members will gain exclusive access to services from partners like Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Hamleys, Cinepolis, and more. To celebrate the launch, One BLCK members will receive a complimentary Yatra Prime membership, further enhancing the value of the service.

Launched in 2021, Swiggy’s One membership has seen significant success, with nearly 80 per cent of its members using multiple services on the platform, leading to three times higher spending compared to non-members. In a move to expand its premium offerings, Swiggy is also testing an invite-only program for affluent customers, granting them access to high-end events and experiences.

The cost of the One BLCK membership is set at Rs 299 for a three-month plan. The program will be gradually rolled out across India, providing users with access to a variety of exclusive benefits.

Phani Kishan, Co-founder and CGO of Swiggy, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “We are thrilled to introduce One BLCK as a service tailored for users who demand the highest level of service, convenience, and exclusive privileges.”

He further highlighted that One BLCK is Swiggy’s answer to a "business-class" experience for customers, refining key areas such as speed, reliability, and personalized care, setting a new standard for premium memberships in the industry.
